Payment Policy

We accept payment via Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay through our secure payment gateway (Moyasar). All amounts are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT in compliance with ZATCA requirements.

Monthly plans are charged in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice with a QR code is issued after every successful payment.

If a payment fails, we retry for up to 72 hours before suspending the subscription. Please ensure your payment method has sufficient funds and remains valid to avoid any disruption to scheduled classes.

The Academy reserves the right to revise pricing with at least 30 days notice before the next billing cycle. Active subscriptions are not affected by price changes until they renew.
